I have just another question though, from the link you referred me it mentions that TBM Taxonomy 4.0 reference lists will be included with Apptio's upcoming release, Server r12.9.6 and Application Template v109 update, we have Server r12.11.14 but I don't see the reference file in there and the Application component is v107 is that normal?
Beside that the migration seems to be straight forward. I hope it won't be too painful once we start :-)
