I received an email that my request to register my academic institute with IBM Academic Initiative program has been approved on September 13, 2020. Then, I visited https://www.ibm.com/academic to complete my registration.

I want to access ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio. But whenever I want to access it the following message is displayed "Requested resource is currently unavailable, please try again later!".

Are there any process remaining for the registration or to get the access?

Could you please tell me the complete procedure for getting the full access of the software through my registered account under IBM Academic Initiative?

Seems to me you should be able to download the studio. May be a server issue. I suggest you retry while I investigate for competent people
