Hello all,

Users can sign up to Developer Portal site by clicking the 'Create Account' link and allow them to create new consumer organization. After that, users can create new consumer organizations and this will eventually result in a large number of consumer organizations created and become difficult to manage. So, how do I prevent Developer Portal users/consumer organization owners from creating consumer organizations?

Is there approach to disable 'Create organization' option without disabling "Create Account" link (Since I need users to be able to sign up at the end) such that any user can own only one consumer organization that is created after creating his account.

Here is 'Create organization' option I need to disable in the screenshot below:

Hello Ahmed, 

Just heard back from our team - follow these steps to disable the creation of additional consumer organizations: 

1. Login to portal site as admin 
2. Go to Configuration -> System -> IBM API Developer Portal 
3. Scrolls down and look for "Allow users to create additional consumer organizations" 
4. Uncheck it -> Click Save 

Here is a screenshot of what to look for:
