You can change the destination table name in the Configure/Plan integration section of the CT integration process before starting the publish like this
In CT, you will have then a new table automatically created:

Thank you all for the response. but used case is like this.
we want to setup the new plans for strategic initiatives as multi-year plan and use the option as forecast plan. But we do not want to override/reuse the current forecast table in CT, our plan is it setup the new tables for Strategic initiatives and when we push data from ITP to CT, change the configuration based on strategic plan or regular forecast. In this case, by requirement is how to setup new table in CT for strategic plan and upload data from ITP to CT when it push happens?

I want to publish the data from ITP module contract tab information to the CT in TBM studio by creating the table. How i can create table and use the Apptio API call for the data to publish from ITP configuration. Could someone please guide on this. Thank for your support.
