how long should you wait after joining ibm to refer people?

  • 1.  how long should you wait after joining ibm to refer people?

    i just recently joined IBM, a lot of friends/past classmates/past coworkers have been messaging me asking for a referral to an IBM job

    I dont mind referring people and i know i also have an incentive to, but idk if its okay to send job referrals right after joining the company.
