How can I upgrade CPlex 12.6.1 to 20.X.X ? I'd like to upgrade to 12.9.1 before jump to 20.X.X

    I have a project that's using CPlex 12.6.1 and I don't know how to upgrade it to a under support version, such as 20.X.X.

    I'd like to try upgrade it to version 12.9.X to avoid a big jump from 12.6.1 to 20.X.X .

    I don't even have access to release notes from 12.9.X or 12.10.X to mapping changes in 12.x .

    Could some gentle soul help me, please ?

    Indeed, according to https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/icos/12.9.0?topic=v1290-release-notes-cplex :
    > Product version no longer published
    The older versions are probably available through the support teams.
    Anything from them ?

    Hi @Cédric Doens, thank you for you response.

    Indeed CPlex 12.9.X is out of support, so I have to upgrade my CPlex 12.6.1 to 20.X.X or higher.
