I just find Desactivate a user but anything to remove a user.

Can't remove. I add ZZZ in front of the user name to get those users out of the way

Aren't you able to right-click and delete?  (if admin access)

You can now delete users in IT Planning Foundation! To delete a user:

1. In the Apptio Access console, click the Users tab.
2. Select the user you wish to delete and under Actions click Edit.
3. Select the Delete button then click OK.

Note: You cannot delete users that have access to any Environments. You must revoke access granted to the user before you can delete the user.
