    Hi all,

    I have a question on the topic that is also talked about in Report Collection.

    I understand that in order to change the Reports where I can navigate to from the Home Page, and the names under which we will have access to them (i.e if I change IT Finance for another name); I need to customize manually the Service Costing report. 

    My question is: Why is this report the one that will appear on the Home Page? Would it be possible to create my own report-Home Page or do I have to customize it always? Is it possible to add more tabs next to the Service Costing one or that is only if you have other Apptio apps hired (meaning, if I want to have different Home Pages depending on the user?

    Hey Andre,

     

    The reason why you see the "Service Costing" report as the entry to reporting is because it's been configured that way. You can go ahead and change it by modifying the following table:

     

     

    There was a thread here on the community which shows the steps to do it, but somehow, I can't find it.

    I can't find this Params table, I have a custom project. How do I set which report will be my main home page?

    Hi @paula abracosa,

    Doesn't look like Params comes over with the custom project but received a few ideas...

    One option is to create a new table called 'Params' (or export that same table from one of your other projects) and modify for the report you need to appear.




    Another option is to go to the gear in the upper right, select Import Project, and then select Params.  You'll need to check it in and let it run through the calculation first but afterwards, you should see it in there.  Then, like with the first option, you would modify it for the report you need.
