Hello,

We have financial analysts that are currently designated as cost center owners which limits their ability to Open/Close/Archive plans, push/pull plans to Cost Transparency, and several other features an Admin or Budget Process Owner can currently do.  We'd like to grant them a BPO-type role, but haven't found a way to hide sensitive data from them in cost centers they don't manage.  Does anyone know of a way we can grant some sort of admin rights to users while also hiding sensitive information in certain cost centers?
