OK, things are a little clearer now. Still, you should provide an English translation of the error message, otherwise it is hard to tell (for me and many others) what exactly the error is. Moreover, since this is a pure OPL/IDE problem, you should post your question on the OPL Forum.

BTW, from the error message,  the Chinese mean, "Occur an internal error when launch production Basic Configuration".
