Getting "500 JWT token validation error" error for some request

    Hello Team,
    We have 2 DataPower Servers and when we try to hit token service, we are getting successful response. We are getting successful response for 10-15 services, but after some hits we are getting "500 JWT validate error" response.
    We are frequently hit token service using new token value, we are hitting API service.

    Hello,

    Can you provide more information on how you generate the JWT token? 
    Are you using a JWT policy provided in API Connect ?
    Can you get the error log that has been generated on DataPower ?
    I suppose you are using API Connect V10 or 2018.
