    I know that
    5300 = version
    06 = technology level
    01 = service pack
    0000 ?????

    Explains in the "Changing the names of the service packs (adding release dates)" chapter.

    Well, they try to explain amongst a bunch of typos.

    So your SP release date is YYWW, YY=year, WW=Week, so it must have been released in week zero of year 2000!.
