    I think that if you have a PowerHA software maintanance you can just ask IBM for this. There is also possibility to download software via EDS service but it doesn't work by default:

    Once you have PHA5.5 installed you can later update it with a fix or SP for that version which you can get from:

    http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/set2/sas/f/hacmp/home.html
