    Hi,

    After I added a certificate to Qradar console I had a problem to Add Host to the console. I hadn't this problem before. I did not encrypt the private key, the certificate is working well.

    The only problem is the connection between the console and the others servers(Add Host)

    trying to add the processor to the console. It worked before I changed the default certificate in the qradar console.

    Hi Rafael,

    this is a case for IBM support. There's too many variables to consider, therefore I'm not sure this forum is the best place to troubleshoot this issue. You've posted this 23 days ago, so I guess you opened your ticket. If you have details that could help others, please share what you know.
