I have just downloaded trial version IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio, version 12.7.0.0 (COSCE127WIN64.exe). All the time I try to open an built-in example or start to create a model I receive an error message "Model Outline Update". I made reinstall, accepted all propositions during installation, but the error remains.

I can not attach any example as I was not able to build any due to error. Even if I make a copy-paste of examples provided in this forum, error remains.

Please provide some suggestions, I am completely new to ILOG CPLEX.

thanks for suggestion. Finally, I made reinstallation, and before finally closing installation I installed "Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013" from Microsoft website and it seems working properly.

The only tiny issue I have, that as I am sitting in Poland, it installed me the Polish version, despite selecting English one ...

Hi,

the IDE will use the locale.

If I want to run in Polish then I do

oplide -nl pl

If I want in English

oplide -nl en

in the command line
