    Did you start the token server before running CPLEX?  Run ilmlist (from the ilm folder in the CPLEX installtion directory) and see if the server is running.  If not, try running ilmd and, while it's running, try ilmlist and (if successful) CPLEX.

    If you want the token server to run as a token service, try ilmserv -install.  You may need to run it as an administrator.
