    I am solving a big MIP with OPL 6.3 / CPLEX 12.1. I get "Error 1013: Bad arameter number for CPLEX parameter routine". Also, in the end of the engine log, I get "Warning: MIP starts not constructed because of out-of-memory status". The engine log has been attached.
