I recently downloaded the latest version of IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization studio using my Academic credentials. However upon installation, there is no python folder with the setup.py file that would enable me to include the python API so I can go ahead and run docplex without any restrictions on the model since I have an academic license. Please can anyone provide me with any suggestions to fix this?

Hello, I am also facing the same problem and I am using macos. There is only windows and linux on the download page for students. For this reason, I installed the free version on my computer but it is currently working limited. How can I upgrade this version I installed to the student version? The second issue is docplex. I am doing a project with python codes with docplex. But since docplex works with the free version there, it also creates an obstacle for me there. How can I introduce my student version to them and use it? I also need help on these issues. I hope someone can help us.

https://community.ibm.com/community/user/question/python-installation-for-cplex-optimization-studio-2212 is likely applicable to Academic editions.
This should appear in the `readmeWindows.html` of your screenshot. Unfortunately don't have the same system or edition.
