    When a document is uploaded using BPM File Upload in a task, it is only visible to the user who uploaded it and not to others. Other users attempt to view it from a dashboard, but it does not appear there.

    Kavinda,

    Instead of File Upload, could you consider using the "Add Document" service task? This allows you to specify document visibility during upload, making it accessible to others on the dashboard.
