In our BPM workflow, a file is uploaded using the BPM File Uploader during a task. The uploaded file is then displayed using the BPM Document List (ECMDocumentInfo) component. However, currently, the file is accessible only to the user who completed the task. requirement is to make this file viewable to any user who has the corresponding URL, regardless of whether they were involved in completing the task. Also, task and URL are in two separate processes. Need to fix this issue.
