  • 1.  doCplexCloud error with well-working OPL CP model and data

    I have tried out the doCplexCloud with well-working OPL CP model file and input data. And I got the following error. The Tuple "Mx" is well defined. Again, the model and data are working well in OPL environment. Can you please tell me what I am having this error? Thanks!

    I am new to IDE. Let me explore more.
    Regarding to the model and data, I am not authorized to share them.
    Before the company makes a subscription decision, we want to know the scalability.

    I could not figure it out. I also tried to get some help within WML cloud, but there is no technical contact, other than sales. The chat person asked me to contact the following support:
