Would the educational CPLEX package get an updated version of docplex soon? The version included is still 2.11.176. I would love to try solving MIP with quadratic constraints, but 2.11 doesn't seem to have this capabilitiy.

This is a valid concern-having an outdated docplex version limits access to newer features like quadratic constraints. It would be great if the educational package gets updated soon, or at least allows easy installation of the latest version separately.
