  • 1.  Dev V11 - Auto Refreshing

    Posted 12/20/17 09:22 AM

    Hi,

Our Dev instance (V11) is constantly refreshing (internet browser refresh, like if you hit F5). It happens every 2-3 seconds at times, making it near-unusable.

I've raised a support ticket for this and have been told it is a known issue - just wondering if anyone has found a workaround until a fix is released?

    Thanks,

    Steven

Did you upgrade recently?  Can you roll back?

I'm not aware of us having upgraded recently. It's been happening for a few months, but has been especially bad the last couple of weeks to the point where I can barely do anything. Morty from Support has just reset the environment so will see if that makes a difference.

Hope it works - and stays working!  Never seen that before - very strange - maybe if it continues happening they can migrate you to a different server perhaps?

We are on r11 and we never had this problem :-(

You could ask support to restart your dev instance (incl. cache clear). That helped us when dev was slow.

Note to myself: never start a post and finish later without checking the recent posts of the fast responding tbm-community

For anyone else in this situation - resetting Dev appears to have resolved the issue.
