  • 1.  DBextract on the v5 system

    Hi,

    We are doing migration process from v5 to v10. Migration is only supported from v5.0.8.7+ to v10.0.1.0+. For migration we need to take backup of v5 system. But our v5 version is 5.0.8.1 so provided command "config dbextract sftp <host_hame> user <user_name> file <path/name>" is not working. Is it possible to take data backup for this version by using any other way without upgrading v5 system to v5.0.8.7+.

    I am afraid you need to upgrade.
    There is no way to migrate to v10 from earlier versions.
