The DataLink release notes link in the DataLink Manager (under Administration->Update) is not current.  The link directs me to a page 'Not Found' in the community portal.  Can this issue please be corrected so that updated release notes are available prior to upgrading the Engine Version.

Also, when it was working, the release notes versions didn't correspond to the Engine Versions available in the DataLink Manager.

Appears that I do not have access to the documentation per the error message below.

My main concern is that the link in the DataLink manager should forward me to a live document and the document should align to the releases in the manager.

Hi Brian,

We will resolve the release notes linking issue in our DataLink 4.0 release that is coming out in January.  Unfortunately, fixing the issue in DataLink 3.0 will require us to put out a new release and with DL4 coming out right around the corner we made the decision to just fix in that release.  Here is a link the DL3 release notes in the interim though.
