Does anyone have a CT user manual or know how I can get one?  I'm starting to roll out CT in our organization and was looking for user manuals for the out of the book functionality.

You can find PDFs of the Cost Transparency Configuration Guide and Cost Transparency User Guide here:

On the left side of the screen, you will see listings for R11.8, R11.7, and R11.6 versions of the documentation. To get a complete listing of all of the guides including the Cost Transparency guides, click the More... link at the bottom of the lists.
