Just wondering if anybody here tried creating Rail Route Maps on Cognos using Lat and Lon details of train. Could you please guide us if any custom rail route maps that can be integrated to Cognos.  Thanks.

There is nothing out-of-the-box regarding rail routes in Mapbox. You might want to use Mapbox Studio to create a custom map.
