Once you open this page, you need to register on the site (upper right corner). After that, you can push the 'Add to Cart' button, and then checkout.  Basically, the site is built on the assumption that you would purchase the software, while actually we offer it for a price of $0.

If that doesn't help, please specify what exactly you did, what output you received, and what went wrong or what you would expect.
