No way to tell what may be going on with that little information. Can you please at least provide a log of a stuck and non-stuck run and elaborate on what you are doing? Are you solving through a programming API or in the interactive? If not yet using the interactive, can you reproduce the issue in the interactive? Do you use any callbacks?
