CPLEX for students - Error 1016 - Problem Size Limits

    Hi,

    I downloaded CPLEX through the IBM Academic Initiative, but when I try to use it, I still get the error: "CPLEX Error 1016: Community Edition. Problem size limits exceeded."

    I've seen that the full version needs an API key to run CPLEX that you get when purchasing it. Is it the same for students/academics? I haven't been able to find that.

    Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

    The academic initiative versoins do not have any limitation in problem size. You have dowloaded a Community Edition trial version. 

    Did you register at this web page to get the academic access : https://academic.ibm.com/a2mt/email-auth#/  ?
    What platform are you using ?
