I've tried to install the fixpack on two (apparently) identically configured machines (ubuntu 12.4). I have my Cplex installations in /usr/cplexXXX, in particular /usr/cplex125. On one of the two, the installer automatically finds it and the installation goes smoothly: I now have 12.5.0.1 up and running. However, on the other I get

Error : Existing installation not found

This is a fix pack for IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio 12.5. You must have
this product already installed to continue with this installer.

The installer ends here: there is no way to telling it where the installation is. Nor I can find any documentation about how to tell the installer where Cplex is (there was a readme for the 12.4 fixpack but it doesn't seem to apply, I saw no readme for this fixpack). Anybody could help?
Thanks
