The installer ends here: there is no way to telling it where the installation is. Nor I can find any documentation about how to tell the installer where Cplex is (there was a readme for the 12.4 fixpack but it doesn't seem to apply, I saw no readme for this fixpack). Anybody could help?

If I remember correctly then this problem usually occurs when one of the property files created by the base version's installer is corrupted.
There should be posts with a similar problem/error message on this Forum. In these posts there should also be an explanation what the property file in question is.
