You can probably fix this by searching this forum for "CPLEX Error 5002".   This comes up fairly frequently when a quadratic objective or constraint is intended to be convex but isn't due to some oversight.    I bet you'll find an answer on a previous forum post.   If not, include an LP or SAV file that reproduces the issue on this thread..
