  • 1.  CPLEX download link is broken?

    Hi,

    I'm trying to download cplex from IBM Academic Portal. I'm getting the error message "The services are down, please try again later".

    I've waited a couple of hours and no change.

    Any help?

    I get a message stating "The services are down, please try again later" when trying to register or login. How do I fix this?

    This is often caused by an incompatibility with ad-blockers.  Please temporarily turn off the ad-blocker while accessing ibm.com/academic

    I am facing the same problem. Having tried to download IBM download director, allow pop up, allow ads on Google chrome. Nothing worked. I even tried to switch to IE but no success.

    Any thing else we can do about this. It is really killing me the whole days try to firgure out how to download it.

    I am facing the same issue. Several days trying. I tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari... on Windows and MacOS with no success. Also tried disabling ad blockers. Is there any way to get a working link?
