    This is the connector library for CPLEX 12.4. Are you sure you are using CPLEX 12.5? If yes, do you have multiple versions of CPLEX installed on your machine?
    Since your system is 64bit, do you also use 64bit matlab? I am not an expert but maybe you need to download the 64bit version of CPLEX to get things going?
