    CPLEX Optimization Studio 12.2 is available for customers with Subscription & Support for their licenses. If you can see it via the dialog you mentioned then you are probably entitled and can proceed with the download.

    It is planned for availability under the Academic Initiative at a later time but we don't have a date for that yet.

    it contains the
    former OPL Studio - now called IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio
    former CPLEX - now called IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimizer
    Former CP Optimizer - now called IBM ILOG CPLEX CP Optimizer
