We are having URL Open errors with specific client intermittently. The client seems to reject our claims that something is blocking our requests on their side.
We need to packet capture the data to their IP and investigate further to pinpoint the issue. The problem with this is a time of errors is random in a day. so it would be nice to set up continuous packet capture on the data power gateway GUI and stop it manually when the error happens. I can't find instructions on how to run continuous packet capture. if someone has experience or knowledge on how I should be able to run it will be very much helpful.
We are using data power gateway version 10.0.1.2
