We intend to support Python 3 at some point.  We typically introduce support with the newest Python level available, which would be 3.4, if we were to start now.  If you'd be interested in participating in our early access program when we do add Python 3 support, send me an email (rkersh at us dot ibm dot com).

Please see this announcement. In particular, Specified operating envronment->Software Requirements->Languages supported. You will find Python 3 listed there.
