How does one go about removing the "Manage" option for a user?  I am familiar with On Premises licensing but cannot find where this menu item can be removed and only provided to Administrators.  Thanks!

Hi Razorbx13,

By default, the "Everyone" role is added to the System Administrator group in the Cognos namespace.  If everyone is seeing the "Manage" button, I would start there.  Make sure to add yourself or someone who will be able to administer Cognos before you remove "Everyone".

Beyond that, you would need to look at your other groups and capabilities.  It is possible to customize a user group's UI to hide/show buttons, but that would be more of a custom solution and it sounds like your issue in the "Everyone" role I mentioned above.
