Cannot connect to database. Post installation steps failed.

    Hello,

I tried to install a 9.5 workload scheduler MDM on an AIX server, but at the post installation steps it failed with an db2 error (or java, not sure).

I tried some things (restart db2, manually run commands, etc.), but at the end all failed with the same error message:

AWKCLI102E A database error occurred. The internal error returned by the database manager is: "com.ibm.db2.jcc.DB2Driver".

Nothing else could I found in any logs.

I tried to start IWS anyway. Although it looks like it's running any command related to db (like optman or composer) is failing with errors like this:

"AWSBIA389E Composer was not able to obtain a valid default workstation from the value "TSAEPAIX3". The error is: "AWSITA400E The submitted command cannot be performed. The error is: "AWSITA401E The server cannot find the requested service or the server configuration does not support providing the requested service.""."

I think this is because I missed the post installation steps (basically the waPostConfigure.sh script is failing).

Any advise how could I solve this issue?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi

I have exactly the same message because into my overrides directory i have an xml file which is a copy of authentication.xml which containe errors and the letter before auth.... If I have only one authentication.xml in the directory it works
