  • 1.  cannot connect to cloud with given KEY and URL

    Hello All,

    I am solving an optimization problem for a client. When I use my first-month free KEY and URL, it works. However, I get the following error with the provided KEY and URL by the client (they have IBM subscription):  
    DOcloudException: 502: b'<html>\r\n<head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head>\r\n<body>\r\n<center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center>\r\n<hr><center>nginx</center>\r\n</body>\r\n</html>\r\n'

    Is there a chance that anyone knows what is going wrong here?
