However, as this is done in a HTML object and the bottom of the object has to be lower than the last dropdown link, the box goes over the buttons for the TBM Reports, our App Support reports and Apps & Services. This means that (even though the box is completely clear) we can't actually click on the buttons that overlap with the HTML box .
Trying out what @Chris Davidson suggested in a recent WebEx and using the z axis just produced this result when I sent the box to the back:

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the HTML box not remove the ability to use buttons? Or is this something we'll have to live with and put our dropdown on a different part of the report?
