Well I want to explain to you what's happened, I created a project, I made my model and the code, after that my pc broke down, so I could not open the cplex software anymore, so it forced me to do a formatting for my pc but first I made a copy of opl file which is in C: \. After formatting,  I reinstall the software cplex but when I become to open the project that exists in opl copied, I couldn't, I did not find the project file (.project). SO what should i do !!

if you have the .mod file, you may create a new project and copy your .mod there
