Give those instructions a try - obviously you'd need to use the right APIC version for what you have installed in place of "10.0.6.0" - 10.0.5.4 maybe?
You'd need to use the right license ID too.
Oh and pick a realistic storage size - 50Gb isn't going to be enough space for anyone! Maybe try 200Gb though it depends on your TPS usage.

I found this document, https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-integration/2023.2?topic=amd-deploying-api-analytics-subsystem-linux-x86-64-cli. However, it's under CP4I 2023.2. I don't see any instructions to create API management subsystems in version 2022.2 which I don't find such instruction for spinning up API C analytics instance as subsystem, API management deployment
