Can anyone guide me to understand the License policy for IBM tivoli suite of products

While proposing or renewing the licenses, i need to understand how the licenses are taken into consideration?

All of the products in your list are available and sold/licensed stand alone, several years ago Offering Management created Netcool Operations Insight, NOI, which combines many of these products and simplifies licensing. Reach out to your Sales Executive for Cloud Unit IT Service Management for resources to help you. They will want to understand your existing entitlement, any changes needed, growth plans, etc.

I was actually looking for an information in order to understand the licences costs as i am working on a project which requires the license renewal for all these products. 

I had recently joined the project and the license seems to be expiring in the next month. Thus, needed to understand the licenses of each product. Currently, I have sent an email to IBM team and they are looking into it. The migration to NOI is in proposal stage with the client.
