    Did you read the CPLEX user manual https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSSA5P_12.9.0/ilog.odms.cplex.help/CPLEX/homepages/usrmancplex.html ?

    You may also want to take a look at the many examples that ship with CPLEX.

    Well I cannot debug an arbitrary piece of code. And you did not even say what your problem is.

    Maybe you can explain your problem and show the relevant code here?
