    I believe I found a bug in Cplex 12.6. I have a specific lp file containing a MIP problem, for which Cplex returns a solution with status "optimal". However, I know there exists a better solution. If I add constraints to the original lp file in order to direct the optimization to this solution, then Cplex finds such a better solution.
    Is this a known bug? Otherwise, who should I contact to notify it?
