    I have read in a lot of threads that BPM hostname cannot be changed, because it is spread in several configuration files and DB tables. 
    Looking to my config files (for instance 100custom.xml) I see that they are configured using the DNS name (let's say, bpmportal.company.net) , not the machine hostname (someid.company.net).
    We know that we can change the WAS infrastructure hostnames using AdminConfig , so that is not a problem.
    My question is which hostname is not possible to modify the DNS name that is configured in the config files or the machine hostname? 
    Which of this two hostnames are spread over DB tables? The config files I know where they are , and I can change them.

    If the problem was only with the DNS name , I would be able to clone the machine, use the WAS commands to change the WAS nodes hostnames and later change the DNS name to point to the new infrastructure.
