Not a document - but when you start using Bob, you see, that every user gets a SaaS instance spun up - and when we got our enterprise subscription we also got an enterprise SaaS instance - I can even switch back and forth between my own (personal) Bob instance and the enterprise instance inside Bob.
But we also got the information that Bob (at least the enterprise subscription) is fully GDPR compliant - our data protection guy asked for it, and our business partner fetched us that answer from IBM.

Daniel,
Thanks for the information. When I asked the question to Google AI, it said something similar but I couldn't really find a document that said exactly that.

AFAIK there is an individual SaaS instance for every Bob subscription. So all team members in an enterprise subscription seem to use one SaaS instance - whereas an individual user has its very own instance.

Subject: Bob security question
Hi,
Before my security team will okay the use of Bob, they wanted to know the following: "Do we know that it is working in a tenant that is restricted to us?". Does anyone know this? I looked at the documentation on the Bob web site and I saw the FAQ about what it does with your data, but I didn't think that addressed this question. Thanks.
