  • 1.  BOB Error

    I have been using BOB in the Enterprise version for four days and I am the group administrator. However, today BOB is no longer working.

    So far, I have tried the following steps:

    • Restarted the IDE
    • Logged out and back in
    • Reset the BOB IDE
    • Restarted the system

    BOB coins are available.

    BOB ist still 

    all the Time.

    The last Output Log Entry:

    [Task#getCheckpointService] service initialized

    FYI as a Bob Enterprise user you have access to tech support from the IBM Support Web Portal www.ibm.com/mysupport where you can open a support ticket for this issue.
