Hi Omar - Hope this helps:
#1) I have not been able to find anything related to chart properties that allows you to adjust the scale; however, if you extend the table vertically, the scale will start to change. You may be able to increase the size to get the scale you would like if you are flexible on the sizing.
#2) The Application spend showing in your report does not include App Dev, App Support, or Business Software. These are not available for unit benchmarking. If you check the report out, and click on the chart, select Benchmark Mapped Sup Tower from the filters, you can see what is being included or excluded.
#3) The output numbers are going to pull in from your IT Resource Towers Master data. There are quite a few lookups in this table to bring back the benchmark numbers. You may check your benchmark source file to see if any data is included for Output depending on your selection. Once confirmed numbers are in the source file, try tracing back the formulas in the IT Resource Tower Master data in order to see what is breaking. You could have a naming convention issue with how Output and UoM is looking up.
